This project plan, developed for LI863 (Project Management) is an example of a collaborative effort to redesign an institutional process. This plan proposes organizational change through a series of careful communication, collaboration, and organization. As a collaborative project, two others were part of the team that produced this artifact: Bradley Fenwick and Wendy Gish.
