Information Transfer Process
I was really pleased to find this artifact, it is the first example where I disagreed with a model and instead proposed my own or a modification. The artifact is a paper for LI802 (Theoretical Foundations of Service) which includes an interview of a subject with an information need and an analysis of the interview data. Through this paper I gained a much higher understanding of the information seeking process which in turn improved my service to information seekers.
