Communication Styles in Virtual Reference
In the research class (LI810 – Research and Inquiry in Library and Information Science) I began to realize the importance and impact of research in libraries. I learned how to identify specific problems and articulate ways to learn more about them to create positive solutions. The artifacts indicated below constitute my first research proposal and my presentation on this proposal to determine the importance of communication style in the virtual mode of reference.
